Key Responsibilities:

• Design customized holiday packages based on Vazhakala clients’ preferences and budget.
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Advise clients on destinations, travel options, and package details.
• Manage online reservations systems and process bookings efficiently.
• Stay updated with market trends, travel restrictions, and promotional fares.
• Build and promote seasonal travel packages to maximize sales.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by offering expert guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in holiday/travel planning in Vazhakala, Kerala
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
