Key Responsibilities:

• Design customized holiday packages based on Kusumagiri clients’ preferences and budget.
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Advise clients on destinations, travel options, and package details.
• Manage online reservations systems and process bookings efficiently.
