Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send invoices to clients and customers from Thoppumpady.
• Track and monitor incoming payments.
• Process and reconcile customer accounts regularly.
• Communicate with customers to follow up on outstanding balances.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes efficiently.
• Maintain updated and accurate billing records.
• Generate billing and financial reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Educational Qualifications:

• 12th Pass / Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech / IT Diploma
• Degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field is preferred.
