Job Listings
Listings come from employers, partner feeds and roles KeralaCarts recruits for on behalf of client employers whose names are kept confidential until the interview stage. KeralaCarts checks listings for quality but cannot guarantee that every role is still open, and applying through the site does not guarantee a response or an offer.
User Responsibilities
Users must agree to certain responsibilities while using KeralaCarts.

- Not misuse the platform
Prohibited Conduct
KeralaCarts prohibits certain conduct to ensure a safe and effective platform for all users.
- Posting false or misleading information
- Harassing other users or employers
- Attempting unauthorised access
- Scraping the site other than through the public API within its limits
- Breaking any applicable law
Public API and AI Assistants
KeralaCarts offers a read-only public API and an MCP endpoint so AI assistants can search its job listings. Use is free within the published rate limits; listing data is provided as-is and may not be resold as a dataset.
Intellectual Property
Site content belongs to KeralaCarts or its licensors. Users keep the rights to the material they submit and grant KeralaCarts permission to pass it to the employer for the role applied to.
Limitation of Liability
KeralaCarts provides listings as-is and is not liable for hiring decisions, employer conduct or decisions made on information found on the site.
Termination
KeralaCarts may suspend accounts or remove content that breaks these terms. Users can ask for their data to be deleted at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to its courts.
